Boiled bihun for 3-5 minutes together with chicken breast
After that boiled lady finger (vegetables) for 2-3 minutes
No oil
Add a little seasoning to the bihun and stir together
讲米粉放进水里滚3-5分钟, 鸡胸肉也一起滚熟。
之候将羊角豆放进去烫2-3分钟就行了
将米粉捞起来装盘
鸡熊肉和羊角豆也一样沥干装盘。
羊角豆我是整个放进水里燙了才拿出来切。
这样做可以防止里面的胶留失。-据说有美容效果。
